MAINTENANCE AUTOMATION EXPERT

• Support to maintenance technicians in the analysis, detection and repair of complex breakdowns.
• Support start-up of new production lines and machinery with PLCs, HMIs, Machine Vision, Robots, etc.
• Review, creation and execution of new preventive actions.
• Management of technical documentation.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.
• Troubleshooting and improving efficiencies in assembly lines.
• Implementation of production process modifications.

• High degree in Electronics/Electricity/Automation/Automation/Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions and with semi-automatic manufacturing lines.
• Parameterization of servomotors
• PLCs/HMIs Beckhoff
• Programming Anthropomorphic/Face Robots (FANUC/Stäubli )
• Machine vision cameras/sensors (COGNEX, Keyence, ...)
• Valuable skills: analytical skills, problem solving, results oriented.
• Dynamic, proactive person.
• Good level in English.

Desirable:

• Knowledge in mechanics and machine tools.
• Knowledge in pneumatics
• Knowledge in collaborative robotics
• SAP-PM knowledge
