Role Summary<\/b>
<\/h3>

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer<\/b> to support the service and maintenance operations of physical security and ELV systems<\/b>, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and related electronic security solutions<\/b>, across client sites in the APAC region. The role involves hands\-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring<\/b> to ensure high system uptime, compliance with safety standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance<\/b> of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and other ELV systems<\/b> at client sites.
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain high system reliability.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor system health through alarm logs, analytics, and remote monitoring tools<\/b>; escalate and resolve issues proactively.
    <\/li>
  • Support system installations, upgrades, firmware updates, and configuration enhancements<\/b> in coordination with the global technical team.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, system configurations, and asset inventories<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement, AMC support, and technical escalations<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, safety standards, and company policies<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Assist the maintenance manager with budgeting, inventory planning, and performance reporting<\/b>.

    Required Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering fields<\/b>.
      <\/li>
    • 2\u20134 years of hands\-on experience<\/b> in maintaining CCTV, fire alarm, access control, intrusion detection, and other ELV/physical security systems<\/b>.
      <\/li>
    • Working knowledge of Lenel, Honeywell, Bosch, or other leading access control and surveillance platforms<\/b> is an advantage.
      <\/li>
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
      <\/li>
    • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work independently<\/b>, manage multiple tasks, and handle client interactions effectively.

      Working Conditions<\/b>
      <\/h3>
      • Direct involvement with sensitive physical security systems and data<\/b>; high level of confidentiality required.
        <\/li>
      • Regular use of laptops, diagnostic tools, and mobile devices; proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT tools required.
        <\/li>
      • Willingness to travel<\/b> occasionally across client sites within the APAC region.
