The Gill Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Helper who performs tasks in the maintenance of the plant or office buildings.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Helper’s responsibilities include the following.

Responsibilities:

• Clean offices and bathrooms. Wax floors and shampoo carpets.
• Replace light bulbs, perform minor repairs in bathrooms
• Basic painting, plumbing, electrical.
• Some dry-wall repairs
• Move furniture as needed
• Perform basic gardening
• Other essential duties may be assigned.
