Reporting to Operations Director, the incumbent is responsible for providing operational guidance and support in the areas of Maintenance (including cleaning & disinfection) in all workshops of Seoul and Local regions (Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju/Jeonju)

Improving safety, reliability, efficiency, operational effectiveness, and service levels in all of the above processes will be a key mandate for this position.
The incumbent should closely interact with HHC Global/Local Business Owners, AL Healthcare Global Operations Team, Local Operations team to achieve the company’s goal & objectives

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Maintenance

  • Manage the central & local teams (Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju/Jeonju) of technicians, and 3rd party vendors

  • Manage the maintenance, cleaning & disinfection processes and ensure with legal requirements, IMS, AL regulations and best practices

  • Ensure implementation of maintenance budget including spare part inventory in accordance with strategies and objectives

  • Manage a safe work environment for technicians

2. Optimization

  • Analyses operational indicators and performance indicators for continuous improvements

  • Search & share best practices with related stakeholders, and implement work flows accordingly

  • Search for continuous efficiencies in the organisation and challenges methodologies

3. Organisation

  • Manage competence levels and follow up development plans for technicians

  • Implement Training & Qualification programs

  • Set objectives and evaluate team members

  • Participate in audits and review when the subject is within his/her scope


4. Regulatory compliance responsibilities

  • Ensure that their facilities are compliant with mandatory regulatory requirements..

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, including people management.

  • Business-level proficiency in English.

  • Experience in SCM or logistics is preferred.
