Maintenance & Operations Coordinator

  • Assist the Facilities Maintenance and Operations Manager in coordinating daily repair and maintenance operations across hotel properties

  • Schedule and assign daily technician job orders; monitor repair progress and follow up on rectification works

  • Liaise with Technicians, Property Managers, and Vendors on repair works, quotations, servicing schedules, and work completion

  • Monitor and update preventive maintenance schedules and records

  • Support inventory tracking for maintenance tools and consumables

  • Maintain trackers, records, and maintenance documentation; assist in compiling expense claims and receipts

  • Coordinate small enhancement works, refurbishment activities, and ad hoc operational projects

  • Conduct site inspections and attend site visits as required
