Maintenance & Projects Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for the Maintenance and Project Manager who will lead factory equipment maintenance management along with facility maintenance or project management (where required) to achieve Factory results. In this role, you will provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure. Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators’ safety.

This position is based in Rayong, Thailand and you'll be reporting to the Factory Director. Career Migration will not be supported for this position.

What you will do

As our Maintenance and Project Manager, you will

• Drive the equipment reliability through WCM methodology and maintenance strategy
• Propose and implement factory investment according to factory strategy
• Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities with the employees within the organization. Competency and talent development for maintenance staffs including backup plan.
• Plan and implement safeguard the installation and building as per safety regulations and laws.
• Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input
• Expenses control for department and production equipment, seeking opportunities for expenses reduction in Spare Parts area of Maintenance
• Being a member of factory management team, drive and cooperate with other departments to achieve factory target

We believe you have

• At least 7-8 years maintenance experience with at least 2-3 years at managerial level
• Competence including maintenance, machine-material interface, production processes, quality, audit systemsand procedures, WCM methodology and safety-hygiene-environment
• Project background is preferred
• Experience in other Processes/ Production will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to listen, convey and influence others
• Hands on experience and knowledge in PLC, SCADA, AC/DC Motors Control and Driver
• Proven leadership to lead, develop and motivate teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Local language (Thai language) is important
