<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
<\/p>5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
<\/p><\/li>1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, or directing others.
<\/p><\/li>Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field \u2014 or equivalent hands\-on experience.
<\/p><\/li>Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems.
<\/p><\/li>Ability to operate within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
<\/p><\/li>Comfort using basic computer systems and learning SAP or similar maintenance platforms.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Preferred Qualifications
<\/h2>Bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field.
<\/p><\/li>Experience in food, dairy, or high\-volume manufacturing environments.
<\/p><\/li>Prior supervisory experience leading hourly maintenance teams.
<\/p><\/li>Exposure to preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives.
