    Requirements<\/h3>


    <\/p>

    • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • 1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, or directing others.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field \u2014 or equivalent hands\-on experience.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to operate within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Comfort using basic computer systems and learning SAP or similar maintenance platforms.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Qualifications
      <\/h2>
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience in food, dairy, or high\-volume manufacturing environments.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Prior supervisory experience leading hourly maintenance teams.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Exposure to preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives.
