The Maintenance Supervisor leads shift-level maintenance operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of maintenance activities. This role is responsible for directing technicians, managing daily priorities, and ensuring consistency in maintenance practices, training, and communication across shifts.

What will your day look like?

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities across assigned shift
• Set priorities for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
• Ensure PM completion, schedule adherence, and work quality
• Partner with Operations to align maintenance priorities with production needs
• Monitor downtime and drive rapid response to equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Facilitate effective shift handoffs and communication across teams
• Reinforce training standards and ensure technicians are qualified and prepared
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned by management
