To meet our challenges we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor within the Manufacturing team to be based at our Pantnagar unit.
Purpose
The purpose of Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure desired asset output as per defined standards by ensuring all equipment's are running smoothly.
Their mission?
The role ensures desired machine efficienct as per RCM plan by following laid down SOP's and safety standards to ensure optimum production is done without any safety incidents and excess use of resources beyond the alloted numbers.

Key Accountabilities
- Implementation of preventive, predictive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance in mechanical plants including utilities & auxiliaries to ensure safe operations and to increase plant availability & reliability.
- Involvement in each project execution work.
- Manpower & spares planning for timely completion of the maintenance work to reduce down time of the equipment or plant.
- Maintenance cost controlling by effective planning & regular monitoring within the sanctioned budget.
- Participation into Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reducing breakdown losses to increase plant availability.
- Compliance to Roquette Directives.
- Implementation of ISO 9001, 14000, 18000 in all areas under control.
- Implementation of energy saving practices in plants.
- Execution of various projects with defined quality, cost & timeline.
- Follow up with procurement for timely supply of material.
- Verification of JMR, Bills measurement as per the site execution and drawings.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Documentation and data record part on Microsoft office .
- Preparation of Presentations on Microsoft Power point .
- Proficiency in Rotary Drum dryer, centrifuge, spray dryers, atomizers, crystallizers, industrial blowers etc. of corn starch and liquid glucose industry will be additional advantage

And also
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Instrumentation required.
5+ years of experience in plant maintenance.
