Total Compensation:
- $23.00–$25.00/hour based on experience
- Up to $3,000/year in customer satisfaction bonuses ($250/mo potential)

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality service to residents while contributing to a dependable, team-first maintenance operation
- Complete apartment turns efficiently and professionally to meet move-in deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances with minimal supervision
- Handle service requests with a focus on first-time fixes and strong resident satisfaction
- Support and share knowledge with newer technicians when appropriate
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure outside work meets quality standards
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in apartments, facilities, hotels, or skilled trades
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliances
- Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability (we value long-term team members)
- Customer service mindset with good communication skills
- EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
