Maintenance Technician- Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday

Danberry at Inverness is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! The hourly rate is $22 per hour + $500 sign on bonus. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k+ employer match, PTO, Paid Holidays, and more!

This is a Full Time position and you must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday from 8am-4:30pm.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:

1. Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, appliance repairs and painting.
2. Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.
3. Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
4. Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
5. Perform minor building and equipment repairs.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience
• Minimum one year experience in building maintenance
• One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance preferred
