Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential, HOA, and commercial properties.

• Fix plumbing issues including leaking faucets, toilets, and pipes.

• Assemble furniture and install household items such as shelves and light fixtures.

• Paint and patch walls, ensuring they look professional, fresh, and inviting.

• Perform light electrical work including changing outlets and fixtures.

• Repair and maintain outdoor common areas, roads, sidewalks, railings, fences, siding, etc

• Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance needs or potential repairs.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. 2+ years’ experience required.

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques.

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of drywall repair and painting preferred.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A 100% commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service are essential.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Work Schedule

• 40 Hours / week

• Work schedule is typically 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday

• Work schedule will vary day to day due to scheduled jobs – Flexibility is required
