Maintenance Technician II - Sawyer Point

Princeton Property Management is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician II for Sawyer Pointe Apartments located in Scappoose.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. If you have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week

Wage:

• $28 to $30
• Based on experience
• $50 phone reimbursement

What is needed from you:

Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
