Essential Job Functions:
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the scheduling and completion of preventative maintenance activities and assist in updating records of those activities.
- Provide excellent customer service in fixing all customer requests for maintenance support. This includes timely and responsive resolution to issues.
- Complete maintenance service requests involving drywall, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled, responds to emergency service requests (after-hour emergency calls) and property disasters (fires, floods, freezes, etc.).
- Complete all maintenance work orders within assigned timeframe and make most apartments ready within five (5) business days of vacancy.
- Troubleshoot, repair and replacing HVAC equipment (furnaces and condensers).
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances (Dishwasher, stove, washer/dryer, microwave, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Technical school, High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
- Must be EPA certified. Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
- Valid driver's license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
- Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Pay/Schedule:
- Starting Pay - $23.00 per hour
- Day shift
- Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.
