to do the job, and Success Factors) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 日常公共设施设备-高低压配电系统、冷水机、空压机等和生产设备的巡视检查，并完成巡检 数据记录。 上班时间为三班制(含中夜班)，保障设备的正常运行，保障生产正常运行。 维修工作单的跟踪执行，按协调员布置高质量的完成维修工作并记录。 协助上级主管制定并有效执行公共设施设备、生产设备的预防性年度维护保养计划。 确保预防性维护保养工作按时保质完成；在规定的时间内响应并执行维修服务需求。 及时完成设备维修和保养，有效管理、维护及维修设备设施，包括但不限于以下：厂务维护， 暖通空调，电气，消防，给排水，压缩空气系统，冷水机系统、更换机械配件等。 协助上级主管统计和分析停机时间，加班情况，及物料消耗情况，重要备品备件数量； 协助团队达到关键业绩指标的要求KPI； 强化和监督承包商的现场技术、施工管理； 10. 与供应商有良好的沟通，共同做好设备的保养维护服务，协助对承包商进行表现评估并妥善保 存维护记录; 11. 参与风险及危机管理，包括定期回顾并更新风险分析，业务持续计划及应急响应预案; 针对内 部检查中发现的问题，制定并实施整改计划，及时汇报不能处理的任何问题; 12. 确保符合法定要求及健康、安全和环境的相关规定，必须遵守公司EHS相关的规定和要求。 13. 积极参与险兆事件、设备改善、节约增效建议的提报，提升维护可靠性。 要求Requires: 1. 中专及以上学历; 2. 机电工程相关专业优先； 3. 3年以上设备维护维修工作经验 ； 4. 具备独立管理某一个或多个特定系统维护保养的能力，例如电气系统，机械系统管理 ； 5. 掌握工程设施EHS相关事务知识； 6. 有一定英文技术手册阅读理解能力 ； 7. 熟悉空压机、冷水机、HVAC系统、除尘系统、配电系统 ； 8. 需要高低压电工操作证等特种设备岗位证书； 9. 熟悉机电自动化控制的一般原理及维修保养方法； 10. 熟悉变频器控制，PLC自动化控制等； 11. 可使用电脑和办公软件；
