Reports to: Assistant Property Manager
Contract Term: 1st September 2026 - 30th March 2027 | Full-time, seasonal
Salary: ¥1,800 per hour, starting

The Role

Execute day-to-day maintenance, upkeep, and seasonal readiness for assigned staff accommodations and commercial properties. Perform repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and renovations under the direction of property manager & supervisor. Proactively monitor property status to address maintenance requests promptly and ensure essential services like water, heating and electricity are functional.

What You Need to Succeed

• Practical Skills: Proven experience in general property maintenance, minor repairs, or handy-work (painting, basic carpentry, or minor plumbing/electrical troubleshooting).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose building/facility issues and perform corrective or preventive maintenance efficiently.
• Physical Stamina & Adaptability: Ability to handle physical labor, work comfortably in seasonal outdoor conditions (including snow clearing), and manage peak-season workloads.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors, communicate effectively with colleagues, and maintain a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Proactive & Organized: Highly attentive to detail, with a proactive approach to monitoring property conditions and keeping basic digital logs of maintenance requests.
