Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the repair, and preventative maintenance of the manufacturing equipment required for ethanol production. This position also performs all government agency-required inspections regularly to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations per operating permits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Centrifuge service and maintenance.
• Maintain and implement all necessary lubrication and greasing of equipment on a plant-wide basis.
• Diaphragm pump preventative maintenance and repair as required.
• Centrifugal pump service and alignment.
• Rolling stock operation, maintenance, service, and repairs as needed.
• Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform maintenance throughout the facility, as specified by MAPCON software­ generated work orders and preventive maintenance work orders.
• Perform all required governmental agency inspections and complete the necessary documentation.
