About the Service – 67 Saltdean Drive
67 Saltdean Drive is a modern, welcoming supported living service set in a peaceful residential area of Brighton. The home offers:

The service is designed to promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion, while providing the right level of support to those we support.
Pay & Career Progression
We believe in recognising skills, experience, and commitment:
- £12.75 per hour – Entry rate for new starters
- £12.85 per hour – With verified Care Certificate (or complete one with us – fully funded)
- £12.95 per hour – With verified Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or gain one with us – fully funded)
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support in line with care plans and organisational policies
- Supporting individuals to maintain independence and achieve positive outcomes
- Assisting with personal care while promoting dignity and respect
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting daily living activities and healthy lifestyle choices
- Encouraging participation in social, educational, and community activities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
- Following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches where required
- Maintaining a safe, supportive, and positive environment
What We're Looking For
We are specifically seeking candidates who have:
- Previous experience working in a Health and Social Care setting (essential)
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
- A calm, patient, and compassionate approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and good sense of humour
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work long days or waking nights
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
