As a Managed Services - L1 Operations-Associate-Cyber Managed Services - Operate, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients implement effective cybersecurity programs that protect against threats and drive growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will collaborate with diverse teams to help clients achieve operational efficiencies and harness the power of technology. Your work will involve developing transformation strategies focused on security, integrating and managing technology systems, and mitigating risks while enhancing the value derived from cybersecurity investments.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge. You will also use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, all while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities
- Experience in Identity Access management (IAM) and SOC.
- Collaborating with clients to implement and operate cybersecurity capabilities that enhance operational efficiencies
- Assisting in the development of transformation strategies focused on security to protect client businesses
- Integrating and managing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and mitigate risks
- Supporting the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management programs
- Providing ongoing operations support with a focus on continuous improvement
- Utilizing cybersecurity frameworks and strategies to address threats and propel client transformation
- Conducting incident management and remediation to maintain security integrity
- Engaging in network forensics and threat detection to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Analyzing log data to extract insights and inform cybersecurity strategies
- Participating in the development and execution of cybersecurity risk management plans

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to incident response and cyber defense, including GIAC (eg., GCFA, GCIA, GCIH) or equivalent incident response credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in cybersecurity threat mitigation and incident management
- Utilizing digital forensics and network forensics skills in cybersecurity operations
- Excelling in technical communication and teamwork within a client support environment
- Developing insights from cybersecurity frameworks and governance strategies
- Engaging in cybersecurity risk management and vulnerability assessment activities
