The primary purpose of this position is to provide management and higher-graded specialists with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of operations and management, by accomplishing a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of programs and operations.

Develops, coordinates, and implements procedures for management of program responsibilities. Participates in special studies and inspections relative to problems, functions, and operations as directed by higher authority. Periodically reviews internal procedures for assignment management programs and processes to ensure compliance with applicable directives and instructions. Presents briefings and visual presentations. Incumbent delivers clear and well-structured presentations that address issues at hand.
