Management Assistant
Purpose: To provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and Management Team, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, action tracking, and preparation of management communications, while maintaining strong organisation, attention to detail, and discretion.
KeyArea of Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and management team
- Coordinate management meetings, ensure accurate minute-taking, and track follow-up actions
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
- Coordinate arrangements for high-level visitors and customers, including logistics and hospitality
- Manage travel arrangements for the Managing Director and management team
- Prepare and disseminate internal communications and announcements from headquarters
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, ora related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably insupporting senior management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strongorganisational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a high level of technicalproficiency
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and discretion inhandling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and otherrelevant productivity tools
