Management Assistant

Purpose: To provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and Management Team, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, action tracking, and preparation of management communications, while maintaining strong organisation, attention to detail, and discretion.

KeyArea of Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and management team
  • Coordinate management meetings, ensure accurate minute-taking, and track follow-up actions
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Coordinate arrangements for high-level visitors and customers, including logistics and hospitality
  • Manage travel arrangements for the Managing Director and management team
  • Prepare and disseminate internal communications and announcements from headquarters
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, ora related discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably insupporting senior management
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strongorganisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a high level of technicalproficiency
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and discretion inhandling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and otherrelevant productivity tools
