Management Associate

Capital C Corporation is a Singapore-based fintech company providing financial solutions to individuals and businesses.

We are looking for high-potential individuals to join our Management Associate Track — a ground-up leadership pathway designed to groom future team leads, project owners and business managers.

This role is for candidates who are smart, driven, hands-on and willing to learn how a real fintech lending business operates from the ground up.

You will gain exposure to business operations, customer growth, loan operations, process improvement, data analysis and management projects. You will work closely with managers and department leads to understand business challenges, solve practical problems and support key initiatives.

This is not a routine office role. You must be willing to learn the ground before leading the business.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support different areas of business and operations

• Work closely with managers and department leads on key projects

• Understand operational workflows and identify areas for improvement

• Analyse business and operational data to support decision-making

• Assist in process improvement, execution planning and project follow-up

• Coordinate across departments to drive initiatives and solve problems

• Prepare reports, findings and recommendations for management review

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects as you progress

• Develop the skills needed to become a future team lead, project owner or manager

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates from local universities are welcome to apply

• Candidates with prior work experience in operations, banking, fintech, consulting, sales, analytics, projects, startups or business roles are also welcome

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Operations, Communications or related fields preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Comfortable working with both people and numbers

• Mature, driven, independent and hands-on

• Willing to learn from the ground and take on real operational exposure

• Able to work in a fast-paced and growing environment

• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility

• Leadership potential, project experience or strong internship experience will be an advantage

Working Hours

• 5-day work week. Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.

• Work schedules will be arranged between 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, depending on operational needs.
