What You'll Do

• Drive sales growth for an online bookstore through targeted strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in education publishing
• Build and manage partnerships with schools, publishers, authors, and stakeholders
• Support digital marketing initiatives to grow customer engagement and revenue
• Track sales performance and provide data-driven insights to the team
• Expand outreach programmes with local and international schools
• Support the development of educational publications from concept to final manuscript
• Copy edit manuscripts, marketing copy, and educational materials for accuracy and brand consistency

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good at managing multiple projects independently
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
