Requirements

✅ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

OR

✅ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (GPA above 3.5)

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working in a construction/project site environment
• Willing to wear PPE and handle tools and equipment when required
• Outspoken and confident in sharing ideas and experiences
• Eager to learn and develop technical and project management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2800-$4400/month

Additional Benefits

✔ 1-month Anniversary Bonus (AWS equivalent)
✔ Transport Allowance: $108/month
✔ Motorcycle Allowance: $240/month (Diploma Track)
✔ No Bond Required
