Management Trainee

Position: Management Trainee

Working Days: 5 days per week
Salary: SGD 3,150 – SGD 3,600
Location: King Albert Park

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company SOPs, operational workflows, and guidelines when preparing and serving food and beverage items.
• Handle cashiering duties and daily transactions.
• Perform opening, operating, and closing duties in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with basic food preparation, including ingredient preparation, pizza making, and sandwich assembly.
• Support both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the workplace.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
