Management Trainee (Operations)

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Restaurant Management Trainees. This is your chance to learn every aspect of running a successful restaurant — from the kitchen to the dining floor — while building the skills to become a future restaurant leader.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- To be familiarize with the flow of operation within the front-of-house of the restaurant.

- Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.

- Assist in planning & organizing promotions, events and marketing activities.

- Take part in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.

- Help maintain high standards in food preparation and service quality.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.

- Work with chefs to understand menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and supply management.

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in administration duties of the restaurant

- Assist in operational tasks, including dishwashing when required.

- Carry out other tasks assigned by the management team.


REQUIREMENTS

· Min. 1 year of related working experience would have an advantage

· Passionate about food and hospitality

· Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills

· Able to work independently and in a team

· Able to communicate in English and 1 other language

· Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.

· Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene with clean appearance and neatly attired.

· Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.

· Required to work on rotating shift basis which include weekends and public holidays.
