Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, staff coordination, and administrative support, preparing for future leadership roles through structured training and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing daily business and operational activities to support smooth outlet functioning
- Support outlet operations by collaborating with teams to enhance customer service and team coordination
- Monitor and evaluate service standards and operational efficiency to ensure quality delivery
- Support supervisors and managers in scheduling staff and managing workflow for optimal productivity
- Assist in inventory control and stock management to maintain adequate supplies
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate actively in training programs and contribute to performance evaluations for continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures to maintain compliance
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to facilitate management decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B, or related fields preferred
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
