Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a structured management training programme designed to develop skills across various departments
  • Learn company policies, procedures, and best practices through hands-on experience and formal training sessions
  • Assist in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate operational efficiency and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR to gain comprehensive business exposure
  • Participate in customer service initiatives to enhance client relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Identify organisational challenges and propose effective solutions to improve overall performance
  • Work closely with senior management and mentors to gain guidance on career development and leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong passion for business, strategy, and leadership
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Driven, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges
