We're looking for an experienced Manager to oversee accounts and operations at RQS Mining. This is a hands\-on role where you'll be the key link between our factory, sales, accounts, and transport teams, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.<\/span>

You'll work directly with the MD and have real ownership over day\-to\-day operations, production coordination, and compliance. If you're someone who can juggle multiple priorities, solve problems on the spot, and keep teams aligned, this could be a good fit.<\/span>

What You'll Do:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/u>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Work closely with the Factory Manager to monitor production, identify bottlenecks, and resolve operational issues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Coordinate with the Sales team on new orders and dispatches, liaising with transport to ensure timely delivery<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Keep the Accounts team on track with daily entries and government compliance, particularly royalty\-related requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Conduct regular factory visits to audit operations and address any issues first\-hand<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Handle day\-to\-day challenges across departments and coordinate with the MD for strategic direction<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>At least 10 years of experience in accounts, operations, or a similar coordination role<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Strong understanding of compliance, particularly in mining or manufacturing sectors<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Someone who's comfortable being on the ground at the factory as well as managing office\-based work<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Good communicator who can work across teams and get things done<\/span><\/span>
