Manager, App Store Commerce Platform Capabilities

This role requires leading a team of Developer Advocates to champion App Store commerce solutions in the Greater China region. You will translate developer needs into product improvements, guide cross-functional initiatives, and ensure developers have the technical support and resources to successfully implement and adopt commerce features. This is an opportunity to directly influence product strategy while building a high-performing team. Minimum Qualifications Technical Leadership & Communication – Ability to identify and navigate technical complexities, evangelise new products, and communicate fluently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience managing and developing a team of technical, product and solutions-oriented professionals Cross-functional Project Management – Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects, and working effectively in fast-paced environments Product Adoption & Technical Problem-Solving – Demonstrated experience adopting new capabilities, overcoming technical and systematic complexities, and driving adoption of new technology through external relationship management and facilitation Presentation & Influence Skills – Strong written and verbal communication abilities with proven presentation experience and capacity to influence decision-making at multiple levels Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages Preferred Qualifications Experience with product thinking and strategy, including the ability to identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and influence engineering and design teams on feature implementation Ability to articulate product vision, gather and analyse user feedback, and influence engineering and design teams on feature implementation iOS Development Experience – Previous iOS development experience, including StoreKit Frameworks and Server to Server Notifications Experience leading teams through the identification, navigation, and resolution of technical or systematic complexities to drive adoption of new technology. Extensive experience across the e-commerce ecosystem, including digital storefronts, payment processing, subscription models, user acquisition/retention, and monetization strategies for mobile or web platforms
