  • Define and track KPIs to measure security architecture adoption, compliance, and risk reduction, and use insights to continuously improve outcomes
  • Maintain architecture documentation, standards, and security artifacts, ensuring they are practical, reusable, and implementation-ready
  • Support resiliency, availability, and disaster recovery design and testing, participating directly in validation activities for critical systems
  • Develop and deliver training on cloud security and secure design patterns to elevate engineering and architecture maturity across teams
  • Lead and participate in security architecture reviews and strategic initiatives, taking ownership of high-impact or complex reviews and decisions
  • Advise on application and system security requirements aligned with business needs, providing practical, implementable solutions that balance security and delivery goals

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing cybersecurity engineering or architecture teams
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience architecting security technologies such as CASB, DLP, DRM, 802.1X, and micro segmentation
  • Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and/or COBIT
