Manager (Beauty Salon)

Responsibilities:

· Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists

· Leading outlet to achieve sales target

· Provide professional consultation/treatment and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatment package

· Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff

· Handle customer enquiries

· Ensure good customer experience and service standard


Requirements:

· Sales experience is a must

· Preferably with 2 years of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry for example: Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager

· Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management position but without management experience are also encouraged to apply


Business Hours:

· 12pm - 9pm (Monday - Friday)

· 10am - 7pm (Sat, Sun, PH)
