Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term business plans to expand market share, increase profitability, and meet overarching executive objectives.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, allocate resources efficiently, and analyze financial statements to drive cost-reduction and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day business activities, establish operational policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff. Lead performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners, while addressing high-level customer service issues.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven track record in a senior managerial or supervisory role, often requiring 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional decision-making, team-building, and delegation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial reports, market data, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide strategy.
