Candidate Profile
- Extensive senior leadership experience in business development, general management, or operations leadership roles.
- Strong commercial judgement with proven ability to scale businesses and manage complexity.
- Solid background in retail, trading, distribution, or consumer-related industries preferred.
- Capable of strategic decision-making while remaining operationally hands-on.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Formal academic qualifications are not mandatory; senior-level experience and results are prioritised.
