Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Foot Locker, Inc. is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team! The Brand Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally among the marketing team and broader matrix organization to support the development and execution of omni-storytelling for the Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker brands for Canada. This position will work closely across the brand team, product, and marketing channels to drive cohesive, consumer-obsessed storytelling across the marketing funnel. This role is a pivotal member of the marketing team, with the goal of growing brand awareness, crafting meaningful connections with consumers to deepen brand affinity, and driving sales results. This includes Brand Strategy, Brand Planning, Marketing Communications, Innovation, Commercial Strategy, and Research. This role will have one direct report. The Brand Team is the heartbeat of Foot Locker, uniquely positioned to bring cross-functional departments together to develop and execute marketing programs. Responsibilities Develop and drive marketing programs reflective of brand strategy to support our Men’s, Women’s, and Kids business Manage vendor programs by collaborating with vendors and internal production/visual, and digital teams for full funnel creative presentations Own and drive integration of programs across all channels .com alignment & email calendar input VIP/Loyalty/PR/integrated advertising Develop and manage local opportunities/in-market promotion and influencer programs with the support of integrated marketing and operations Report on special projects ensuring updates are communicated Utilize market research and consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, such as sales volume and customer perception, and provide insights and recommendations to exceed business expectations Partner across Marketing, Vendor, and Agency functions to manage expenses to plan Ensure alignment across all platforms including .com and mobile, connecting the in store and on-line brand stories to maintain the connection across platforms Create activations (pop up shops, appearances, etc.) by partnering with PR/brand connections/loyalty/events to enhance the customer experience Translate divisional and global marketing strategies into locally relevant campaigns Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field preferred 2+ of experience working in marketing, advertising, brand or product management across physical and digital channels Deep understanding/passion/connection to and/or knowledge of sneaker, streetwear and/or youth culture, highly preferred Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural trends Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Keynote experience a plus Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus Knowledge of AirTable or similar management system strongly preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a matrix organization and aligning strategies across platforms Experience managing staff and vendor relationships Proven ability to manage agency partners and external stakeholders Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across creative, digital, and product teams Strong creative acumen and ability to translate brand vision into compelling marketing campaigns Ability to manage and execute campaigns and large-scale budgets Experience leading integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns with measurable impact Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meeting tight deadlines Ability to be creative and innovative Leadership skills and people leadership experience preferred A self-driven, team player who takes the initiative At Foot Locker, we value innovation, authenticity, and integrity in all that we do. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
