Manager, Business AI Platforms & Enablement

Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Manager, Business AI Platforms & Enablement, where you will lead the activation, governance, and sustained adoption of Microsoft AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Agent 365 for clients under the guidance of Business AI leadership. This role combines hands-on platform expertise with consulting, enablement, and practice-building to deliver measurable business value.

The role is accountable to Partners across Business AI, with functional alignment to both client outcomes and firm priorities and is a hands-on SME (Subject Matter Expert) position focused on platform excellence, activations, enablement, and reusable IP, while supporting delivery management in partnership with Foundry delivery teams.

What You’re Accountable For

Client Impact (Primary Accountability)

Deliver client value through platform adoption and governance.

  • Lead platform activations (Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent 365), including configuration, use case design, and rollout
  • Design and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and adoption frameworks
  • Design and deliver enablement programs that drive sustained usage beyond initial launch
  • Facilitate workshops and advisory sessions tied to strategic planning and defining real business outcomes
  • Ensure all solutions balance innovation, risk, compliance, and usability

Accountable for: client adoption, usage, and measurable value realization - not just deployment

Platform Expertise & Innovation (SME Role)

Provide deep technical leadership and advance MNP’s capabilities.

  • Act as SME across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365
  • Apply design, provisioning, and activation patterns for agent-based solutions
  • Track Microsoft’s roadmap and integrate new capabilities into engagements and service offerings
  • Build reusable IP (playbooks, templates, patterns) that scale across projects
  • Guide solution design to align with governance, best practices, and scalability needs
  • Collaborate with architects and SMEs to validate approaches and avoid rework
  • Promote reuse of patterns and identify gaps impacting adoption or maintainability

Accountable for: Keeping MNP ahead of the market through applied expertise and delivering scalable, sustainable solutions

Business Development & Partner Support

Shape opportunities and ensure deliverability.

  • Lead or support client conversations to define high-value solutions
  • Build proposals, pricing inputs, and repeatable offerings (Copilot activation, agent solutions, governance programs)
  • Support Business AI Partners in pipeline growth and closing opportunities
  • Represent MNP in client workshops and market-facing activities
  • Review SOWs, delivery plans, and estimates to validate feasibility
  • Identify scope, timeline, and resourcing risks early and propose mitigation

Accountable for: Contributing to pipeline growth and ensuring sold work is deliverable and repeatable

Delivery & Execution

Lead and support execution of technical work within engagements.

  • Execute SME workstreams (activations, governance/COE builds, enablement programs)
  • Work in an integrated project team which includes Project Managers and Delivery Leads
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance across engagements
  • Ensure coordination between platform workstreams and overall project plans
  • Own delivery of smaller platform-focused engagements end-to-end (where applicable)
  • Quality-gate deliverables to ensure alignment with MNP standards and client outcomes

Accountable for: High-quality technical execution and solution quality within engagements, while not owning overall project delivery

People, Practice & Capability Growth

Build team capacity and improve delivery approaches.

  • Mentor and/or coach consultants and senior consultants on Business AI delivery
  • Build team capability across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Agent 365
  • Support team members in owning workstreams and solving problems independently
  • Establish repeatable methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
  • Promote a culture of quality, ownership, and accountability
  • Contribute to building a scalable delivery bench
  • Participate in MNP’s performance management and professional development programs to mentor, coach, and share knowledge with team members to grow team competency

How You Work

  • Reporting to: Business AI Lead
  • Accountable to: Business AI Partners (client outcomes, business development, delivery alignment)
  • Functional alignment: Enablement Partner (training and adoption outcomes)
  • Key collaboration:
  • Delivery Leads and Project Managers (execution)
  • Solution Specialists and Client Service Directors (pursuits)
  • Foundry (scoping, pricing, and delivery management)

Role: Hands-on SME focused on platform activation, enablement, and IP, while supporting delivery management.

What Success Looks Like

  • Platforms (M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Agent 365) are successfully deployed and widely adopted
  • Enablement drives measurable behavior change and sustained usage (30/60/90 days)
  • Governance frameworks and COEs are implemented and operational
  • Reusable IP is leveraged across engagements
  • Strong contribution to proposals, pipeline, and client growth
  • Team members are skilled, self-sufficient, and own delivery
