NSDC is expanding its \u201cCenter for Future Skills (CFS)\u201d\ninitiative across Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to create\nindustry\-aligned future skills infrastructure and learning ecosystems across\nIndia.

The organization aims to establish 50+ Centres for the Future Skills within a year in partnership with universities, engineering colleges,\nautonomous institutions, and other higher education ecosystems.

The role requires a high\-energy relationship and business\ndevelopment professional who can drive institutional partnerships, manage\nrevenue realisation, ensure successful operational coordination, and cross\-sell\nNSDC ecosystem offerings to partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
1. Institutional Partnership Development<\/b>
<\/p>- Identify\n and onboard Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) for establishment of\n Center for Future Skills (CFS).
<\/li> - Build\n strategic relationships with Vice Chancellors, Directors, Principals,\n Deans, Placement Heads, and institutional leadership teams.
<\/li> - Drive\n end\-to\-end partnership discussions including presentations, proposals\n submissions, commercials, approvals, and closures.
<\/li> - Develop\n regional and sectoral partnership pipelines to support rapid expansion\n targets.

2. Account Management & Relationship Handling<\/b>
<\/p>- Serve\n as the primary relationship manager for assigned institutional partners.
<\/li> - Ensure\n strong engagement and long\-term retention of partner institutions.
<\/li> - Conduct\n regular review meetings with partner institutions to track progress,\n utilization, and opportunities for expansion.
<\/li> - Resolve\n operational and coordination issues in collaboration with internal teams.

3. Revenue Collection & Commercial Management<\/b>
<\/p>- Ensure\n timely invoicing, payment follow\-ups, and revenue realisation from partner\n institutions.
<\/li> - Track\n commercial milestones and ensure adherence to agreed payment schedules.
<\/li> - Coordinate\n with finance and operations teams to minimize outstanding receivables.
<\/li> - Maintain\n accurate revenue and partnership MIS reports.
<\/li><\/ul>

4. Cross\-Selling & Ecosystem Expansion<\/b>
<\/p>- Identify\n opportunities to cross\-sell other NSDC products, initiatives, and\n ecosystem offerings within partner institutions.
<\/li> - Promote\n additional programs including:

<\/li> - Faculty\n development programs
<\/li> - Apprenticeships
<\/li> - Industry\n certifications
<\/li> - Digital\n learning solutions
<\/li> - Sector\n Skill Council offerings

5. Program & Operational Coordination<\/b>
<\/p>- Coordinate\n with internal operations, academic, technology, and marketing teams for\n successful implementation of CFS centres.
<\/li> - Monitor\n centre activation timelines and implementation milestones.
<\/li> - Support\n launch events, workshops, industry connect activities, and outreach\n initiatives.
<\/li> - Ensure\n partner institutions derive measurable value and learner impact from the\n initiative.

6. Market Intelligence & Expansion Strategy<\/b>
<\/p>- Track\n emerging trends in future skills, higher education, and workforce\n transformation.
<\/li> - Identify\n high\-potential geographies, sectors, and institution categories for\n expansion.
<\/li> - Benchmark\n institutional partnership models and recommend improvements to the CFS\n framework.
<\/li> - Support\n development of strategic proposals and growth plans for scaling the\n initiative nationally.
