<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Lead or support major technical assistance assignments focused on digital solutions, Digital ID, Data Sharing, and DPI components. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage client interactions and project execution, ensuring high\-quality outputs and timely delivery. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Lead requirement gathering, issue analysis, solution design, and development of practical technical recommendations. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare and deliver presentations, technical reports, solution architecture inputs, and roadmaps to government and donor stakeholders. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Oversee solution ideation, architecture discussions, prototype development, and vendor coordination. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Work closely with internal MSC teams, external technology vendors, and implementation partners during all phases of the project. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Conduct in\-depth research, reviews, and prepare thematic papers, technical notes, and analytical reports. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Attend and represent MSC/CRT at client meetings, workshops, and conferences within Indonesia and internationally. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients across government, private sector, and donor institutions. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Lead or support the development of concept notes, proposals, pitch decks, and responses to RFIs/RFPs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Engage with donors, partners, and stakeholders to position MSC\u2019s expertise in DPI, digital solutions, and emerging tech. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, publications, and knowledge products on DPI, Digital ID, Data Sharing, AI, and related areas. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Bachelors or master\u2019s in technology / engineering or relevant field <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Additional certifications or training in digital transformation, AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology policy (Preferred). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- 8+ years of experience<\/span><\/span><\/b> in designing, developing, or implementing digital solutions or DPI\-related initiatives. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience in one or more domains \- AI/ML, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Process Automation, Digital Transformation, Open\-source stack. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prior experience in consulting, government advisory, technology implementation, digital governance, or system integration roles. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Exposure to working with government stakeholders, donor agencies, and international development organizations (Preferred). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
