As Manager at MSC, you will guide national reforms in digital ID, G2P delivery,\nand digital public infrastructure working directly with top government\nagencies, global development partners, and a world\-class technical team. <\/p>Manager \u2013 Technology Policy and Innovation will\nplay a key role in leading and supporting MSC\u2019s Centre for Responsible\nTechnologies (CRT) in the design, development, and implementation of Digital\nPublic Infrastructure (DPI) solutions across multiple countries.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>This position will work at the\nintersection of technology, public policy, digital transformation, and\ninnovation. The role involves extensive engagement with government agencies,\ndonors, private sector partners, and internal MSC teams to manage technical\nassistance assignments, lead requirement gathering, drive solution design, and\nsupport implementation across diverse digital initiatives such as Digital ID,\nData Sharing, AI/ML, Cloud, and open\-source technologies.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>- Lead or support major technical assistance assignments focused on\ndigital solutions, Digital ID, Data Sharing, and DPI components.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage client interactions and project execution, ensuring\nhigh\-quality outputs and timely delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Lead requirement gathering, issue analysis, solution design, and\ndevelopment of practical technical recommendations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Prepare and deliver presentations, technical reports, solution\narchitecture inputs, and roadmaps to government and donor stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee solution ideation, architecture discussions, prototype\ndevelopment, and vendor coordination.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Work closely with internal MSC teams, external technology vendors,\nand implementation partners during all phases of the project.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>- Lead or support the development of concept notes, proposals, pitch\ndecks, and responses to RFIs/RFPs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Engage with donors, partners, and stakeholders to position MSC\u2019s\nexpertise in DPI, digital solutions, and emerging tech.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, publications, and\nknowledge products on DPI, Digital ID, Data Sharing, AI, and related areas.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Academic / Professional Qualifications<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Bachelors or master\u2019s in technology /\nengineering or relevant field<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Additional certifications or training in public policy, digital\ntransformation, AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, enterprise architecture, or\ntechnology policy (Preferred).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Experience<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, or implementing\ndigital solutions or DPI\-related initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in one or more domains \u2013 Public\nPolicy, AI/ML, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Process Automation, Digital\nTransformation, Open\-source stack.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Prior experience in consulting, government advisory, technology\nimplementation, digital governance, or system integration roles.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Exposure to working with government stakeholders, donor agencies,\nand international development organizations (Preferred).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
