Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a capable and motivated Manager to oversee the overall operations of our serviced apartment business and ensure high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of serviced apartment properties.
- Oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative functions.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, operational costs, and overall business performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Lead, supervise, and train operational staff to achieve service excellence.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and business partners.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, serviced apartment, hotel, or accommodation operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
