Manager – Client Experience

Who Are We Looking For?
We seek an individual with proven expertise in planning, creative, and strategic thinking. You should excel in managing accounts and leading account teams. Strong leadership, exceptional writing, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to translate client needs into actionable project plans. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing engagement campaigns for diverse clients. Ideally, you have experience in an agency or consulting environment, particularly in consumer or destination PR. You should leverage your sector-specific knowledge and client servicing skills to offer expert counsel, along with maintaining robust media relations with key journalists in both local and regional outlets.

What Will You Be Doing?
Client Relations:

Manage and oversee daily account activities, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and stay within budget.
Play a key role in supporting clients during events and activations.
Content Development:

Create a variety of external and internal content, including press releases, key message documents, speeches, and memos.
Assist in setting and achieving campaign measurement and evaluation criteria.
New Business:

Drive organic growth and project sell-ins from existing clients by promoting our services and offerings.
Stay informed about industry and market developments affecting clients' businesses.
Industry and Market Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of clients' industries and market trends.
Utilize social media channels effectively in PR strategies and provide digital counsel to teams.
Account Team Management:

Provide guidance and innovative ideas to account teams for client work.
Assist in financial management, including coordinating suppliers and preparing activity reports.
Requirements to Apply
Minimum of 5+ years of experience
Proficiency in Arabic communication
Background in a reputable PR agency
Strong communication skills, adept in client servicing and media relations, with the ability to write in various styles (e.g., news releases, case studies, features, speaking points).
Experience in managing teams and colleagues
Expertise in working with clients and accounts focused on measurement and evaluation
Strong presentation skills, confidence, and professionalism
