Role Overview

The Manager for Brand Content will support the Kraft Heinz content business, helping drive strategy, development, execution, and measurement across branded content initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will shape and execute media-led programs spanning custom content, influencer partnerships, brand integrations, and entertainment opportunities. Working closely with clients, media teams, creators, publishers, and production partners, the Manager will bring insight-driven thinking, strong collaboration, and operational excellence to every engagement.

The ideal candidate has a strong pulse on culture and the evolving media landscape, with an understanding of how audience insights, media strategy, and cultural relevance come together to create impactful branded content. With 4 years of relevant experience, they are skilled at developing content-driven ideas, evaluating partners, managing relationships, and translating opportunities into recommendations that support broader business and media objectives.

Success in this role requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, oversee timelines and deliverables, and guide creative and production processes. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills and flexibility, including occasional travel, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner cross functionally with planning, strategy, and investment teams to define the role of content partnerships within integrated media plans ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences

  • Oversee the full partnership development process — crafting strategic briefs, sourcing partners, managing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and presenting recommendations to clients

  • Own program timelines and workflows, across internal teams, external partners, and client leads ensuring key milestones, approvals and launch dates are met across stakeholders

  • Lead on-site production shoots for brand content campaigns, to ensure creative excellence, seamless execution and alignment with client objectives

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the content and digital landscape, and apply this knowledge to deliver against brand objectives

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients, agency teams, and media partners to ensure alignment on goals and strategic direction

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in branded content or related fields, including media planning or investment and the ability to interpret media plans, CPMs, and communicate media rationale to the brand

  • Client servicing experience with confidence in managing client relationships

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Production familiarity; not required but strongly preferred due to leading and supporting shoots

  • Willingness to travel for shoots, activations, and program oversight

  • Positive, solutionsoriented mindset

  • Flexible working style and team oriented approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and social platforms

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in New York City.

The annual salary range for this position is $62,100 - $85,000 annually. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
