DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager/Coord, Learning Program, located in Taguig, Philippines.
This role plays a critical part in enabling high-quality learning experiences that build capabilities across the organization and with external customers. The Manager/Coordinator, Learning Program leads the planning, development, and execution of training initiatives that strengthen technical, product, and process knowledge. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact employee and customer effectiveness by delivering innovative, data-driven learning programs in a fast-paced MedTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, including planning, design, development, pilot, and deployment.
• Identify business-critical learning needs and prioritize resources to align with organizational goals.
• Develop and deliver training curricula using a variety of formats (e.g., classroom, workshops, digital learning, and on-demand tools).
• Design and implement learning solutions that address performance gaps and support desired business outcomes.
• Monitor and measure learning effectiveness using key metrics, including return on investment (ROI), and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate training programs and ensure alignment with broader initiatives.
• Manage learning program logistics, including scheduling, resources, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members and support capability building across the team.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new learning tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Experience supporting or managing learning, training, or development programs
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and manage program timelines and stakeholders
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness and using data to drive improvements
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions in a complex, matrixed environment
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic business environment
• Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, or training delivery methods
Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), or e-learning tools
• Experience supporting external customer or product training programs
• Proven ability to lead small teams or provide functional supervision/mentoring
• Experience designing innovative learning solutions (e.g., blended learning, virtual training)
• Project or program management experience

• Language Requirements: English required
• Travel: Up to 10% domestic
• Certifications: Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Project Management certifications preferred
