Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Drafting, reviewing, and\n negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements including leases.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Managing\n the entire contract life cycle.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Draft\n contract templates for all lines of businesses.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Promoting\n legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company\n by creating awareness.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Legal\n support to other departments.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Handling\n trademark portfolio including, but not limited to, seeking advice from IP\n attorney to understand the registration process, co\-ordinate with branding\n team, share the mark for registration and ensure replies are filed within\n time.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Shops\n & Establishment compliances<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Legal\n research.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Staying up\-to\-date<\/span> with changes to legislation,\n particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly\n affect business of the Company, including laws and regulation of IRDAI.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • This\n role may require travel based on the business requirement.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Litigation\n and outside counsel management as and when required.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Any\n other legal support as may be required.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    <\/div>

    Experience:<\/b> 3 to 5 years of working experience\n(preferably in labour laws and contracts) in any MNC or NBFC.
    <\/p>

    Qualification: <\/b>Bachelor\u2019s degree in law
    <\/p>
