Role Purpose
Join Superloop as a Customer Growth & GTM Manager and play a key role in driving acquisition-led growth across one of Australia's fastest-growing challenger RSPs. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across new products, plans, pricing, promotional offers, website journeys, onboarding improvements and competitive market responses. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Customer Operations and Technology teams, you will ensure Superloop's acquisition propositions are commercially sound, operationally ready, and brought to market with speed and precision. You will help drive quality customer acquisition, improve digital and assisted conversion, strengthen Superloop's market competitiveness, support successful product launches, and contribute to the continued growth of our broadband and mobile business.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Planning and Execution
Develop and manage GTM plans for broadband, mobile, value-added services and new acquisition propositions.
Translate commercial priorities into clear launch plans, project timelines, stakeholder actions and delivery milestones.
Coordinate end-to-end GTM readiness across Product, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Finance, Customer Operations and Technology.
Ensure all new offers, plans and product launches are supported by clear pricing, positioning, customer messaging, operational readiness and channel execution.
Own GTM checklists, launch trackers, readiness reviews and post-launch performance summaries.
2. Acquisition Growth Initiatives
Support acquisition-led growth across broadband and mobile by identifying opportunities to improve conversion, offer competitiveness and customer sign-up journeys.
Work with Marketing, Digital and Sales teams to improve acquisition performance across website, contact centre, partner and digital channels.
Support the development of acquisition campaigns, promotional mechanics and tactical market offers.
Monitor acquisition performance by channel, offer, plan, speed tier and product mix.
Identify barriers to customer acquisition and work with relevant teams to remove friction from the sales journey.
3. Website and Digital Sales Journey
Work closely with Digital, Product and Marketing teams to improve the website acquisition journey.
Support improvements to plan pages, product pages, the cart and checkout experience, address qualification, modem selection, mobile attachment and onboarding flows.
Ensure acquisition offers are presented clearly, accurately and competitively on the website.
Identify opportunities to improve digital conversion, reduce drop-off and simplify the customer sign-up experience.
Support testing and optimisation of website content, offer layouts, pricing presentation and product comparison journeys.
4. New Product and Plan Launches
Manage GTM execution for new broadband plans, mobile propositions, modems, value-added services and acquisition offers.
Coordinate launch requirements across pricing, website, marketing, training, sales scripts, FAQs, systems readiness and reporting.
Ensure launch timelines, dependencies and risks are effectively managed.
Work with Product and Technology teams to ensure product features and eligibility rules are accurately configured and communicated.
Support post-launch reviews to assess customer uptake, channel performance, operational issues and commercial outcomes.
5. Acquisition Pricing and Promotional Offers
Support acquisition pricing strategies for broadband, mobile and value-added services.
Work with Finance and Product teams to assess the commercial viability of new customer offers, discounts, promotional pricing and bundle mechanics.
Maintain visibility of promotional pricing, offer expiry dates, competitor pricing and market positioning.
Ensure acquisition pricing is simple, competitive, compliant, and easy for customers and sales teams to understand.
Track acquisition offer performance against gross adds, conversion, ARPU, plan mix, margin and payback expectations.
6. Competitor Mapping and Market Benchmarking
Maintain regular competitor monitoring across major broadband and mobile providers in Australia.
Benchmark Superloop's plans, pricing, promotional offers, modem propositions, mobile offers, speed tiers, bundles and website journeys against key competitors.
Identify market gaps, threats and opportunities to inform GTM plans and acquisition campaigns.
Provide regular competitor updates and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activity across websites, advertising, retail channels, partner channels and customer-facing propositions.
7. Onboarding and New Customer Readiness
Support improvements to the new customer onboarding journey from sign-up through to activation.
Work with Digital, Customer Operations, Product and Technology teams to ensure acquisition offers transition smoothly into fulfilment, modem dispatch, customer communications and activation.
Identify onboarding friction points that may affect conversion, early-life customer experience or activation success.
Ensure new product and promotional launches are supported by clear customer communications, FAQs, sales guidance and operational processes.
Support launch readiness for customer-facing and frontline teams.
8. Stakeholder and Project Management
Lead cross-functional GTM projects from planning through to launch and post-launch review.
Align stakeholders around clear objectives, timelines, accountabilities and decision points.
Manage risks, dependencies and issue resolution across GTM initiatives.
Prepare clear updates, project trackers, launch summaries and decision papers for senior stakeholders.
Ensure GTM projects are delivered with pace, discipline and strong commercial alignment.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. A master's degree or relevant commercial or digital qualification will be highly regarded.
Proven experience in go-to-market execution, acquisition growth, product launches, pricing, digital sales, marketing operations or commercial project delivery, preferably within broadband, mobile, telecommunications, utilities, subscription services or another fast-moving consumer business.
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret acquisition performance, competitor activity, pricing movements, website conversion data and campaign outcomes.
Good understanding of customer acquisition journeys, digital sales funnels, onboarding flows, channel performance and new customer conversion drivers.
Experience supporting the launch of new products, plans, offers, promotions, pricing changes or website journeys across multiple stakeholder groups.
Familiarity with digital analytics, reporting tools, CRM platforms, website CMS platforms, campaign tools, dashboards and project management systems.
Strong competitor analysis and market benchmarking capability, with the ability to translate market insights into practical GTM recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Customer Operations and Technology teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple GTM initiatives, dependencies, timelines, risks and launch requirements simultaneously.
Results-oriented, with a strong focus on acquisition growth, speed to market, commercial performance, website conversion, offer competitiveness and execution quality.
