Manager
· Manage the day to day operations of the Centre with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception
· Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation
· Provides weekly work schedules
· Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary
· Responsible for staffing, staff development, and training
· Resolves customer complaints that have been escalated
· Managing, coaching and motivating team of sales staff and therapist
· Maintain updates on promotion, benefits and offer to customers
· Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI
· Handle customers' enquiries and provide professional consultation
· Supervision on the performance of team members eg. Beautician, Spa Therapist and etc
· Provide support and maintain marketing/sales initiative in order to achieve the desired revenue of the company
