Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring execution against aggressive timelines and business objectives
- Partner with business, product, and technology teams to define problems, structure solutions, and drive measurable outcomes
- Translate complex concepts (technical, operational, or analytical) into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Support the development and launch of digital products and applications, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs
- Drive project management rigor, including workstream coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation
- Synthesize data, market insights, and internal inputs into strategic recommendations and executive-ready materials
- Influence decision-making by presenting structured, concise insights to senior stakeholders
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment and demonstrate leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced situations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data analysis needs and design experiments for product and service enhancements
- Leading the development and implementation of algorithms and processes for data integration, cleansing, and large-scale analysis
- Applying statistical methods and machine learning to extract actionable insights from complex datasets for strategic decision-making
- Overseeing the creation of predictive models and data mining architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards
- Managing the analysis of historical customer behavior and product performance, translating complex data into business insights
- Developing predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior and guide future business strategies
- Constructing data-driven forecasts, recommendations, and strategic plans to optimize business outcomes
- Driving the adoption of data science best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making within the team
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- Proven experience leading or owning significant portions of a large-scale project with tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills with the ability to break down complex challenges
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including owning workstreams or mentoring junior team members
- Experience working on digital, product, or application delivery initiatives is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Data Bricks, and SQL
- Ability to translate complex mathematical models and AI capabilities into clear, business-oriented insights for senior leadership audiences
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance, prioritizing workstreams, and driving delivery of high-impact analytical solutions
