The Manager acts as an end-to-end finance partner for strategic initiatives—contributing rigorous financial analysis and insights during evaluation and supporting execution as required. The role delivers ongoing enterprise portfolio modeling, scenario analysis, and leadership decision support, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation with clear accountability for analytical quality.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop transparent, audit-ready financial models including integrated financial statements, cash flow analysis, ROIC, NPV, and scenario-based sensitivity analysis.
Curate, document, and align key assumptions across stakeholders to ensure consistency and decision relevance.
Drive enterprise portfolio modeling and long-range planning, including evergreen scenario analysis and risk assessment.
Prepare executive- and Board-level materials that clearly articulate financial implications, trade-offs, risks, and decision points.
Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, advanced analytics) to accelerate modeling, scenario generation, reconciliation, and narrative development, while validating outputs using professional judgment.
Identify opportunities to enhance operating efficiency through automation, standardization, and scalable analytical frameworks.
Provide ad hoc analytical support for leadership requests and emerging strategic opportunities.
Provide objective, unbiased financial decision support, constructively challenging assumptions, recommendations, and risk‑reward trade‑offs as needed to strengthen outcomes.
Act in accordance with company values, maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
4–10+ years of experience in roles involving investment evaluation, strategic analysis, capital decision support, operational finance, or complex business problem‑solving.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools preferred.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex analysis into clear, executive-level insights.
Strong business judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and ability to balance rigor with speed.
Experience using AI or advanced analytics tools in finance workflows, with a clear understanding of their limitations and validation requirements.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
