As Manager \u2013 Enterprise Sales, you will: Lead <\/span>end\-to\-end sales execution<\/b> <\/span>for marquee enterprise accounts. Personally own and close <\/span>complex, multi\-stakeholder deals<\/b> <\/span>while coaching your team. Partner closely with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI Interaction Engineers to deliver <\/span>value\-led, agentic AI solutions<\/b>. This is a <\/span>player\u2013coach role<\/b> <\/span>for a sales leader who thrives in long\-cycle enterprise engagements and high\-touch customer relationships. Deliver team and individual ARR and TCV quotas. Maintain precision in forecasting and pipeline health. Manage and mentor 3\u20136 enterprise AEs. Run weekly strategy sessions, account reviews, and deal coaching. Navigate <\/span>C\-level relationships<\/b>, procurement, and legal. Structure <\/span>multi\-year, value\-based agreements<\/b> <\/span>to increase ACV. Establish account plans to expand usage across multiple BUs. Collaborate with Customer Success for renewal and expansion execution. Co\-sell with GSIs, hyperscalers, and industry ISVs. Drive pipeline through partner\-led opportunities. Leverage AI agents for lead intelligence, competitor tracking, and ABM targeting. Implement <\/span>data\-driven outbound sequences<\/b> <\/span>and account\-based campaigns. Consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas. High win rates in competitive enterprise environments. Growth in ACV and expansion revenue from existing accounts. Strong partner\-sourced contribution to enterprise pipeline. Must\-Have:<\/b> 7\u201310 years in B2B enterprise sales, with 2\u20134 years in a leadership or player\u2013coach role. Proven success closing $500K\u2013$5M+ TCV enterprise deals. Deep understanding of <\/span>enterprise buying cycles and value\-based selling<\/b>. Experience in account\-based targeting and outbound\-led growth. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools. Good\-to\-Have:<\/b> Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or high\-complexity SaaS to regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC). Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies.
