    We are seeking a <\/span>Manager \u2013 Enterprise Sales<\/b> <\/span>to lead a high\-impact team focused on acquiring, expanding, and retaining <\/span>strategic enterprise customers<\/b> <\/span>across regulated and high\-growth industries.

    THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>

    As Manager \u2013 Enterprise Sales, you will:
    <\/p>

    • Lead <\/span>end\-to\-end sales execution<\/b> <\/span>for marquee enterprise accounts.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Personally own and close <\/span>complex, multi\-stakeholder deals<\/b> <\/span>while coaching your team.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Partner closely with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI Interaction Engineers to deliver <\/span>value\-led, agentic AI solutions<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      This is a <\/span>player\u2013coach role<\/b> <\/span>for a sales leader who thrives in long\-cycle enterprise engagements and high\-touch customer relationships.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

      1. Hit and Exceed Enterprise Sales Targets<\/b>
      <\/h3>
      • Deliver team and individual ARR and TCV quotas.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Maintain precision in forecasting and pipeline health.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        2. Lead & Develop Enterprise Sales Team<\/b>
        <\/h3>
        • Manage and mentor 3\u20136 enterprise AEs.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Run weekly strategy sessions, account reviews, and deal coaching.
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          3. Drive Complex Enterprise Deals<\/b>
          <\/h3>
          • Navigate <\/span>C\-level relationships<\/b>, procurement, and legal.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Structure <\/span>multi\-year, value\-based agreements<\/b> <\/span>to increase ACV.
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            4. Build Land\-and\-Expand Strategies<\/b>

            • Establish account plans to expand usage across multiple BUs.

            • Collaborate with Customer Success for renewal and expansion execution.

              5. Partner with Ecosystem Allies<\/b>

              • Co\-sell with GSIs, hyperscalers, and industry ISVs.

              • Drive pipeline through partner\-led opportunities.

                6. Ensure AI\-Driven Sales Execution<\/b>

                • Leverage AI agents for lead intelligence, competitor tracking, and ABM targeting.

                    • 7\u201310 years in B2B enterprise sales, with 2\u20134 years in a leadership or player\u2013coach role.

                    • Proven success closing $500K\u2013$5M+ TCV enterprise deals.

                    • Deep understanding of <\/span>enterprise buying cycles and value\-based selling<\/b>.

                    • Experience in account\-based targeting and outbound\-led growth.
                      <\/p><\/li>

                    • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.

                      Good\-to\-Have:<\/b>

                      • Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or high\-complexity SaaS to regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC).

                      • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies.

                      • Exposure to AI/ML platforms, multi\-agent orchestration, or advanced analytics.
