Manager-Evidence and Impact Measurement
Shape evidence that shapes decisions \u2014 for funders,\ngovernments, and the people they serve. Seeking to lead mixed\-methods\nevaluations (RCTs, quasi\-experimental designs, longitudinal panels, qualitative\ndeep dives) across financial inclusion, livelihoods, climate resilience,\ngender, and digital public goods. Your STATA/R outputs won't sit in a report \u2014\nthey go to the World Bank, IFAD, FCDO, central banks, and ministries that use\nthem to move money and policy.<\/span> Business Development Key Skills<\/span> ● Ability to lead assignments and teams and work\nwith minimal supervision Educational Qualifications:<\/span> ● Master\u2019s degree in Economics, Development Studies,\nPublic Policy, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.<\/span>

● Develop and submit proposals and concept notes to generate business for the\ndomain
● Take initiatives to build relationship with potential clients
● Represent MSC at conferences/webinars etc.
● Author /Co\-author of thematic publications (Focus notes/Briefing notes)
● Actively engage in Marketing Activities and participate in Digital Media\ndialogues (blogs, discussion forums etc.)
Human Capital Development
● Conduct \u201cQuality of Delivery\u201d/Feedback assessments with team members after assignment\nexecution in line with the quality control guidelines
● Assist and support development of other staff by providing guidance and\nadvice where appropriate
● Share knowledge with staff and create opportunities for mentoring
● Take ownership of self\-development by acquiring skills and knowledge which\nadd value to the organization
● Grooming/mentoring junior team members
Business Execution
● Lead the design and execution of M&E frameworks, theories of change,\nlogframes, and KPIs across financial inclusion, livelihoods, or development\nfinance projects.
● Manage baseline, midline, and endline assessments; oversee data quality\nassurance, analysis, and reporting.
● Collaborate with program teams and partners to embed adaptive learning and\ncourse\-correction mechanisms into implementation cycles.
● Drive the development of evaluation reports, learning briefs, and impact\nnarratives for diverse stakeholders including donors, government, and financial\ninstitutions.
● Manage external research or evaluation agencies where needed and ensure\ntimely delivery of quality outputs.
● Support donor reporting, proposal development, and results\-based management\naligned with funder expectations.
● Facilitate organizational learning sessions, after\-action reviews, and\ninternal knowledge sharing to strengthen program strategy.
● Contribute to strengthening partner and field team capacities in M&E and\nresults\-based programming.<\/span><\/p>
